2.1 By accessing the pin777 Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the pin777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the pin777 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential referral to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

3.5 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have registered for PAGCOR's national self-exclusion program, or who have self-excluded through the pin777 Responsible Gaming tools, are not eligible to hold an active Account. Attempts to register a new Account after self-exclusion constitute a violation of these Terms and applicable regulations.

4.4 pin777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the requested timeframe may be suspended.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

5.2 You agree to notify pin777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. pin777 support can be contacted through the live chat facility or at [email protected]. Upon notification, pin777 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account, including suspension of withdrawals pending investigation.

5.3 Subject to applicable law, pin777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, including sharing your login details with another party.

5.4 pin777 will never ask you for your full password via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pin777 support immediately.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pin777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Available methods may change without notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method remains valid and accessible.

6.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 PHP. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300 PHP. These minimums are subject to change at pin777's discretion with notice posted on the Platform.

6.3 Currency. All pin777 Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). pin777 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process foreign currency withdrawals.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification on the Account; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balance; (c) anti-money laundering review where required. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Bonus funds that fail to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. pin777 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other Players to generate qualifying activity; or providing false information to claim bonuses.

7.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 years and over. pin777 reserves the right to exclude specific players from particular promotions at its reasonable discretion. Bonus eligibility is not guaranteed for all registered Accounts.

7.5 Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance in all transactions by default. Players may not withdraw Bonus Balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

8.1 RNG Certification. All casino games offered on the pin777 Platform utilize a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and approved by PAGCOR. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by pin777 or any third party.

8.3 Individual Game Rules. 8.4 Malfunctions. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable. pin777's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.

Connection quality is the Player's responsibility. pin777 is not liable for loss of connection during a live game round, provided the round outcome is recorded correctly in pin777's system, which serves as the authoritative record of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pin777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using pin777 services by any person under 21 years of age, or facilitating such access.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing falsified KYC documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players, including through third-party platforms, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using the pin777 Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to disguise the origin or nature of those funds, in violation of RA 9160 as amended.

10.1 All content on the pin777 Platform, including but not limited to the pin777 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and database compilations, is the proprietary intellectual property of pin777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

10.2 Your use of the pin777 Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any pin777 content without prior written consent from pin777.

10.3 Game titles, graphics, and software made available through pin777 are owned by their respective third-party developers and licensed to pin777. Your use of these games is subject to the game developers' intellectual property rights.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pin777's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player into their pin777 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 pin777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of a Player's use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings due to platform downtime, loss of data, loss of gambling opportunity, or economic loss.

11.3 pin777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The Platform may be subject to temporary unavailability for maintenance, upgrades, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events. pin777 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pin777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 pin777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. pin777 provides the following player protection tools in every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period before they become effective.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts at 1-, 2-, or 4-hour intervals during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may suspend their Account for a defined period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The suspension takes effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently close their Account and apply for inclusion in the PAGCOR national self-exclusion register. Self-exclusion is not reversible for a minimum of six (6) months.
• Reality Check: Session duration and net win/loss summaries are accessible at any time in Account settings.

13.1 pin777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with immediate effect if pin777 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has: violated any provision of these Terms; provided false or misleading registration information; engaged in any form of fraud, collusion, or technical exploitation; breached applicable Philippine law including AML requirements; or posed a risk of harm to themselves, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pin777 will notify the affected Player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. pin777 will conduct its investigation promptly and communicate its findings to the Player.

13.3 Upon Account closure for cause (breach of Terms), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Balances forfeitable on account of a breach (e.g., bonuses claimed through fraudulent multiple accounts) will be voided.

13.4 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pin777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their KYC-verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

14.1 Internal Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or Account matter, the Player must first contact pin777's customer support team via the live chat facility or at [email protected]. pin777 will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve it within seven (7) business days.

14.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If a dispute is not resolved through internal resolution within a reasonable time, the Player may escalate their complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the competent regulatory authority. pin777 fully cooperates with PAGCOR in all complaint and investigation proceedings.

14.3 Records as Evidence. pin777's internal server records, transaction logs, and game histories shall constitute the primary authoritative record in any dispute. Players acknowledge that pin777's records take precedence over any local device records, screenshots, or memory of events in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.3 pin777 operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's ongoing regulatory oversight, licensing conditions, and directives as a condition of continued operation.

16.1 pin777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy.

16.2 When material amendments are made, pin777 will provide notice to all registered Players via their registered email address and will display a notification on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect (except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or law, in which case the amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication).

16.3 Your continued use of the pin777 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.4.

16.4 The current version of these Terms, together with the version number and effective date, is always displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
